Neuromuscular Research Laboratory
Facilities
The Neuromuscular Research Laboratory is equipped with state of the art technology and equipment. Primary research equipment includes:
- Humac Norm Dynamometer
- Noraxon 2400T G2 wireless, 16 channel EMG system
- Noraxon MyoResearch XP data analysis software
- Norangle electrogoniometer
- 4 in-line Noraxon accelerometers from Noraxon used for MMG data collection
- SPSS and Labview software
Collaboration with other laboratories in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health, Engineering, and Anthropology provides access to a variety of additional research resources such as motion analysis systems, force plates, and balance platforms to support multi-factorial research questions.
